Arriving at our new condominium in Tortuga Bay last week we were electrified
with the anticipation. It had been an eight-month process in planning and
selecting our interior design, furniture and decor. My wife, Johane, was
particularly nervous: Would the furniture we had selected at the enormous
Las Vegas Furniture Market last August be as beautiful and comfortable as we
hoped? Would the colors be harmonious? Would the elements harmonize or
clash?

It had been two months since I had last visited the empty space: our new
oceanfront condo on the gorgeous beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Our
beach home represents a lifelong dream fulfilled. We wanted it to be as near
to perfect as possible - and a personal celebration of our lifestyles. This
is a tall order. But we need not have worried. It was perfect! Beyond any of
our expectations. We inspected the condo over and over again those first few
days, lingering over various details, and frequently saying "I just cannot
believe how beautiful everything came out."

We were extremely fortunate to have been guided every step of the way by
Paul Chamberlain of Cabo Furniture. He is so much fun to work with, and a
master of his craft. In the planning phase he took the time to learn who we
were, our histories, our lifestyles, and our tastes. He guided us through
the purchasing process in two whirlwind days in Las Vegas where we selected
every major item for our condo. He would not let us make a mistake. And he
made it very much a fun process for us. Paul arranged all of the purchases,
shipping, importation, storage, delivery and installation. We had no
headaches whatsoever. Furthermore, Paul saved us a great deal of money over
what we would have paid buying locally in Los Cabos or retail in the United
States. Additionally, we feel we created the design along with Paul, rather
than just by him. Thus, we have a strong sense of pride in the results.

We give to Paul Chamberlain our highest recommendation with no reservations
whatsoever. He is, we believe, the best.

After my initial consultation with Paul, I knew I was in for a fun adventure in Guadalajara, but had no idea I would be like a kid in a candy store! The first morning I wanted "everything". Paul had us stop for lunch. He was very good at putting me back in focus, while still allowing me the opportunity to explore all the different ways/items available to finally arrive at my vision of what I wanted the condo to exude in color and style.

At the end of a whirlwind run of three days, we had everything, including fabrics for furniture as well as window treatments. We even found bedding! I went home feeling confident with an image in my head of exactly how the place was going to look, and could not wait to see it all done.

A couple months later, the shopping, email conversations all paid off, my family and I arrived at our new place and went to bed that night feeling right at home (no work to be done by us, Paul and his clever crew had everything all set just as planned!).

How easy was it? Paul, Monica and everyone at Cabo are always there for me. They have my file organized, with easy access to it, and continue to give exemplary, prompt service for me, an old customer, while doing the same for new ones. Easy enough that I cannot wait to do it again on the next one.

Paul and company truly have the customer's best interest as their focus, and never cease to amaze me with their energy.

Paul has a fun adventure in every new client. His love for design shows in his efforts to bring out the best in all of us, expressing it in the end result - pure joy (alegre?)
